Unlike the negative reviews, the rooms are equipped with an air con for cooling and heating (up to 86 degrees) which worked perfectly (winter time). Yes, you should know how to operate it or at least try. Our room was cleaned every two days which was sufficient. Warm water was also available 6am-8am without delays. In the evenings as well. Yes, the elevator 1 had its turbulences when going up with more than 3 ppl. But it seemed to have improved during our stay. Shoutout to all the cool front desk managers, who assisted in every way by providing honest service. Fair pricing, marvelous location. Would recommend fosho.

Hardwood floors instead of dust absorbing suspicious carpets. No unnecessary clunky bed covers. Clean and quality linen and towels. Cushions comfy and plenty. Bathroom newly furnished, always squeeky clean. Just the basics but clean and functional. Almost a full size (European) fridge and microwave in the room. Extremely helpful and genuinely friendly staff. Must mention Lilliam, Anish and Crystal in particular. They were all so helpful, polite and friendly.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near various amenities such as restaurants, food shops, and pharmacies. It is conveniently close to subway stations and transportation hubs, as well as within walking distance of numerous popular landmarks, making it an ideal starting point for exploring New York City. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which were very useful.

My three-day stay at Hotel 27 by LuxUrban in New York was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient to explore Manhattan's attractions. The room was stylishly decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day in the city. The staff were attentive and friendly, always available to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. Overall, Hotel 27 exceeded my expectations with its modern amenities, central location, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New York City!

Saw a lot of complaints about the amenities, the rooms, key cards or locks not working as I began my visit, which did make me worry. The new management under Luxurban must have corrected the key card/lock issue - which understandably caused a lot of people distress - just in time for my stay, or perhaps just for my room. Staff were friendly and made honest efforts to answer questions; housekeeping were hard-working as well. It is a pretty bare-bones hotel in some regards (no iron/board or hair dryer in my room), but my queen room had a microwave and mini-fridge, which I really appreciated. It was small, but clean and comfortable, and I didn't have any issues come up in the three nights I spent there. Overall, a good value if you keep your expectations reasonable.
